Maximaa Systems has informed that as per the Company's Minimum Standards of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and pursuant to BSE Circular Ref No: List/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st July, 2021 to the completion of 48 hours from the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of the Board Meeting for considering the said un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 shall be intimated in due course.
