In accordance with the Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, PI Industries has informed that the Company has decided that the close period of trading window for Insiders covered under ‘Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ would commence from July 01, 2021 in view of closure of books of accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and the trading window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The due date for the meeting shall be informed in due course of time.
