Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the company, Fredun Pharmaceuticals has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, 1st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the end of the Board Meeting wherein; the approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2021, would be considered, approved and declared. The said information is being notified to all designated persons under the above Regulations. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities.
