Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HB Portfolio has informed that Dinesh Kapoor, Company Secretary (CS) and compliance officer (CO) of the company has resigned from the company with effect from closing of business hours of Wednesday, the 30th day of June, 2021 and simultaneously he ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the company. The Company is in the process of appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance officer. The intimation for his/ her appointment as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer will be communicated to the Stock Exchange once appointed.
