Bazel International has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders (Code), the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from Thursday, 01st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company's shares/ securities.
