F&O total turnover stood at Rs 2593200 crore on July 2

Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 2593200 crore on July 2 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 26786978.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 19,982.11 crore, Stock Futures Rs 45,588.46 crore and Index Options Rs 2403441.36 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 1,24,188.07 crore.

For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.87, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.91 and that of Stock Options was 0.38.
