Dhani Services has informed that the company in respect of its partly paid-up equity shares allotted on March 16, 2018, while uploading details of such shares in the shareholding pattern as per specified format, could not disclose the exact proportionate voting rights in respect of such shares, from quarter ended March 2018 till March 2020, since the exchanges' portal was initially not accepting such disclosure in their specified format and the Company followed the same practice till March 2020.
