Dodla Dairy has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 8-2-293/82/A, 270/Q, Road No 10-C, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500033, Telangana, India, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the company and the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31 March 2021. In continuation to its previous intimation of closure of trading window, the company has informed that the trading window of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till 16 July 2021 which is 48 hrs after the Board Meeting.
