Brightcom Group touches roof on signing LoI to acquire Digital Marketing Services company

Brightcom Group is locked at upper circuit limit of at Rs. 30.15, up by 1.40 points or 4.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 28.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 30.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.15 and Rs. 30.15 respectively. So far 233127 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 30.15 on 08-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.71 on 26-Nov-2020.

Brightcom Group has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to acquire a Digital Marketing Services company based out of India with more than 1100 employees and premium clients such as Netflix, Disney, Expedia, Bitly, Hulu and The New York Times. This is done with intent of strengthening company’s back-end to prepare it for the growth.

Brightcom Group has expertise across several verticals, with focus on the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing Chemicals, Life Sciences and Retail.
