Chamak Holdings has informed that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable on Chamak Holdings. 'The Company' since the paid up share capital of the company does not exceed ten crore and net worth does not exceed Twenty five crore as on the last day of previous Financial Year 31/03/2021. This is undertaken with the provision of the Regulation 15 as specified in the regulation becomes applicable on a later date, the company will comply with the requirement of both the Regulation 15 and 23(9) of SEBI (LORD) accordingly within six months from the date on which the provisions become applicable to the company.
