Route Mobile’s Wholly-owned subsidiary -- Route Mobile (UK), UK has incorporated a subsidiary namely ‘Send Clean INC.’ (the ‘Corporation’), in Delaware, USA. The objects of the company shall be inter alia to carry on business of AI enabled cloud based email marketing, market automation, enterprise messaging and other connected communication business on similar platform/technology. This new entity formation would further strengthen the Company’s organic growth strategy.
Route Mobile is a cloud communications platform service provider, catering to enterprises, over-the-top (OTT) players, and mobile network operators (MNO).
