Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendment thereof, read with NSE Circular No. NSE /CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, Grand Foundry has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 01, 2021 till the end of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, the dates for re-opening of the trading window shall be intimated along with the Outcome of Board Meeting in which the financial results of the Company would be considered.
