The Certificate dated 12th July, 2021 received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company confirming compliance of the provisions of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is enclosed for the reference.
