In continuation to its earlier letter dated May 12, 2021 informing about the signing of business transfer agreement and other ancillary agreements (collectively referred to as ‘Definitive Agreements’) for sale and disposal of animal healthcare established markets undertaking of Zydus Animal Health and Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company to Zenex Animal Health India. In the above-referred letter, it was mentioned that the expected date of completion of sale and disposal of the said undertaking is 90 days from the date of signing the Definitive Agreements. In this regard and pursuant to regulation 30(7) of the Listing Regulations, Cadila Healthcare has informed that the transaction of sale and disposal is completed / closed today July 14, 2021. Bring the aforesaid disclosure to the notice of the members of the exchange and investors at large.
