Transwarranty Finance touches roof on getting nod to raise Rs 25 lakh via NCDs

Transwarranty Finance is locked its upper circuit limit of Rs. 6.43, up by 0.30 points or 4.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.13 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6.43 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6.43 and Rs. 6.43 respectively.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6.13 on 14-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.22 on 08-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 6.43 and Rs. 5.31 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15.73 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.62% and Non-Institutions held 46.38%.

Transwarranty Finance has received an approval for the allotment of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Fifteenth Tranche/Series O/2021-22, amounting to Rs 25 lakh on private placement basis. The Debenture Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has vide Circular Resolution dated July 14, 2021 approved the allotment of the same.
