Speciality Restaurants has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 06, 2012, have considered and decided re-appointment of Anjan Chatterjee, as managing director of the company for a period of five years with effect from December 27, 2012 on revised remuneration.
Further, revised the remuneration payable to the whole-time directors, Suchhanda Chatterjee and Indranil Chatterjee, with effect from July 01, 2012.
