Xelpmoc Design & Tech has received an approval for raising of funds by issuing up to 7,20,000 equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 375 per share aggregating upto Rs 27 crore on a preferential allotment basis, subject to such regulatory/ statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of shareholders of the company. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on July 15, 2021 has considered and approved, the same.
