Can Fin Homes has informed the outcome of the meeting of Board of Directors held today on 15/07/2021, as follows: The 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on 08/09/2021 (Wednesday) at 11:00 am. The Board of Directors in its meeting held today have fixed 20/08/2021 (Friday) as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of the members to Dividend for the financial year ended 31/03/2021. The dividend amount will be paid within 10 days from the date of declaration by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. As informed by the Company on 30/04/2021, the Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 each to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:30 pm and concluded at 5:35 pm.
