Resonance Specialties has informed that it enclosed copies of notices published in newspaper informing that: the 324 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11.30 am through Video Conference (‘VC’)/ Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’); the Notice of the 32nd AGM and Annual Report for FY2020-21 will be sent to all the members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ RTA/ Depository Participants (DPs) and requesting the members to update their email addresses, and the Company has arranged for voting by electronic means/ e-voting facility for the said AGM.
