With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/ 2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect of fundraising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities and disclosures thereof by such Large Entities. In this regard, Affordable Robotic & Automation has informed that the Company does not fall under the definition of Large Corporate category as per the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the aforesaid Circular as on March 31st 2021.
