Sarda Energy & Minerals has informed that it has enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisement, given by the Company as per provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 requesting the shareholders to claim their unpaid/ unclaimed dividends so as to save/ protect their shares from being transferred to IEPF Suspense Account to IEPF Authority, which was published in Indian Express (English Newspaper) and Loksatta (Vernacular Newspaper) on 15th July, 2021.
