With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 regarding fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates, DJ Mediaprint & Logistics has confirmed that the Company is not a Large Corporate as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular and therefore compliance under aforesaid circular is not applicable to the Company.
