Further, disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are as under: Reason for Change in Directors - Resignation as Independent Director of the Company, due to personal reasons; Date of Cessation 18th July, 2021. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Ferzana Behramkamdin, that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than that which is provided above.
