Nippon Life India Asset Management has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board, at its meeting held on 19th July 2021, has approved the grant of 54,30,538 number of stock options to the eligible employees of the Company. The focus of NRC this time has been to widen/ further broad base the coverage of its Employee Stock Option Plan to a larger employee base and accordingly as many as 203 number of total eligible employees have been granted stock options.
