National Oxygen has informed about format of initial disclosure to be made by an entity identified as a Large Corporate. The Company confirmed that it does not fall under the category of Large Corporate as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular. In view of the above, the Company is not a Large Corporate and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per the circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 for the financial year 2020-21.
