Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window close period has commenced from 1st July 2021 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 26th July 2021.
