Reliance Industries’ retail arm -- Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL) has purchased shares worth over Rs 1,332 crore in Just Dial, through an open market transaction. Reliance Retail Ventures bought 1.3 crore scrips at an average price of Rs 1,020 apiece. The total deal value stood at Rs 1,332.23 crore.
Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
