Salzer Electronics soars on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Salzer Electronics is currently trading at Rs. 179.30, up by 3.55 points or 2.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 175.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 173.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 182.90 and Rs. 173.10 respectively. So far 13450 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 187.00 on 14-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 81.30 on 30-Jul-2020.

Salzer Electronics has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Salzer Ev Infra’. The new wholly subsidiary company was incorporated with an objective of manufacturing/trading of all kind of components/systems including development, manufacturing of software, components for electric vehicles of all kinds in India or aboard and making downstream investments in the such JV companies engaged in the similar line of business.

Salzer Electronics made its debut in the Electrical Industry with an aim to design, develop, manufacture and supply CAM operated Rotary Switches, selector switches, Wiring Ducts, Voltmeter Switches and allied products. It is headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
