Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has forwarded the following documents for the quarter ended June 30, 2021: Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Report on Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Honey Singh & Associates, Cost Accountants (FRN: 101134), Lucknow as Cost Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2021-22. However, Manoj Mishra & Associates, Lucknow were Cost Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2020-21.
