LS adjourns for the day amid opposition uproar

The Lok Sabha (LS) has been adjourned for today after the uproar created by the oppositions. Earlier, the LS was adjourned till 12 noon. As the House reassembled at 12 noon, the opposition created uproar over the farmer’s agitation and Pegasus project issue. The members continued to raise slogans against the Government. Similar scenes were witnessed when the House met in the morning, forcing Speaker Om Birla to adjourn the House till 12 noon. The Lok Sabha will resume on July 26 at 11 am after a routine weekend break.
