Ambuja Cements has reported results for second quarter ended June 30, 2021.
The company has reported 59.49% rise in its net profit of Rs 723.08 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 453.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 49.11% at Rs 3,532.21 crore for quarter ended June 30, 2021 as compared Rs 2,368.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 91.78% rise in its net profit attributed to the owners at Rs 876.71 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 457.14 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 48.39% at Rs 7,055.76 crore for quarter ended June 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 4,755.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
