Bambino Agro Industries has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 24th July 2021 has unanimously resolved that it cannot accede to the request made by Anita Myadam and Kartekeya Myadam, shareholders of Promoter group, through their email dt 16th July 2021 to amend the company's Articles of Association to allow them to appoint a Nominee Director on the Board, pursuant to SPA, because the matter is sub judice and pending before the Hon'ble NCLT, Telangana, Hyderabad through CP no.20 of 2021 and the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana, Hyderabad through AA No. 80 of 2021.
