Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hikal has informed that due to unprecedented and persistent rains in the entire Raigad District of Maharashtra causing flooding at its manufacturing Unit at Mahad, the Factory operations at the said Unit have been temporarily halted. The Company is in the process of assessing the situation and shall take necessary steps to resume the operations at the unit at the earliest.
