Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 read with relevant Rules, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday 19th August 2021 to Wednesday 25th August 2021 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and entitlement of dividend.
