APL Apollo Tubes has informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Friday, July 23, 2021 through Video Conferencing platform provided by CDSL, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015. In terms of Regulation 44 of the above Regulations, the company has attached the Consolidated Voting Results (Remote E-Voting & E-voting during the AGM) on the Resolutions forming part of the Notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting. Further, the company has informed that Jatin Gupta of Jatin Gupta & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, Membership No. FCS 5651 & COP No. 5236, Scrutinizer has presented his consolidated report dated 24th July 2021 on remote e-voting and E-voting during the AGM.
