Further to the intimation dated July 7, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 29 and 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, IIFL Wealth Management has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 to consider the payment of interim dividend, if any, to the equity shareholders of the Company. The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or the Records of the Depositories, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
