Dabur India has informed that due to typographical error the below mentioned text was not captured in the corporate Governance Report on page No. 153. The board of directors have taken on record the declaration and confirmation submitted by the independent directors after undertaking due assessment of the veracity of the same and is of the opinion that they fulfill the conditions specified in the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations and are independent of the management. The updated Annual Report 2020-21 is enclosed.
