Cyient rises on planning to acquire WorkForce Delta

Cyient is currently trading at Rs. 998.60, up by 17.65 points or 1.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 980.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 999.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1000.05 and Rs. 985.05 respectively. So far 1139 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1091.40 on 16-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 321.00 on 30-Jul-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1065.00 and Rs. 970.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10801.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 23.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 59.64% and 16.91% respectively.

Cyient has agreed to acquire WorkForce Delta, a leading consulting firm in mobile workforce management. The acquisition will bolster the IntelliCyient portfolio by expanding its front-end consulting capabilities for digital mobile workforce management solutions.
