With reference to the email dated 27th July, 2021 regarding clarification on Price Movement of the security of the Company listed at the Stock Exchanges. In this regard, TCFC Finance has clarified that the Company has made all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. There is no price sensitive information available with the Company which needs to be informed to the Stock Exchanges. Therefore, whatever the movement in price of the Company is, purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven. The Management of the Company is not connected with any such price movement.
