With refer to earlier communication dated July 22, 2021 regarding Sterlite Technologies and its wholly owned subsidiary entering into definitive documents to acquire 100% stake in Clearcomm Group, Sterlite Technologies has now informed that the acquisition of 80% of the shareholding of the Clearcomm, in the first tranche, has been completed on July 27, 2021. The balance 20% shareholding will be acquired in the second tranche in 2023.
