Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Resonance Specialties has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2021 of the Financial year 2021-22. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, it had already informed through its letter dated June 30, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2021, i.e., till August 11, 2021.
