These Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today; Auditors' Report on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company duly issued by DMKH & Co, the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
