S Mobility has informed that Krishan Lal Chugh, independent director has resigned from the directorship of the company with effect from November 5, 2012. Consequent, to his resignation as director of the company, the board of directors of the company vide resolution passed by circulation dated November 5, 2012, decided to reconstitute the remuneration committee and appointed Saurabh Srivastava, independent director, as a member of the said committee.
The reconstituted remuneration committee consists of Dr. B.K Modi, chairman and Kashi Nath Memani, Subroto Chattopadhyay, Saurabh Srivastava as members.
