Praxis Home Retail has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and all other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2021. Further, the Company had already intimated to both the stock exchanges vide letter dated June 30, 2021 regarding closure of trading window, pursuant to amendment to clause 4 of the Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with regard to Restriction Period for trading in securities of the Company and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, from the quarter ended June 30, 2021 which shall continue till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
