India Pesticides’ board has approved the further investment of Rs 2.30 crore in Shalvis Specialities, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by way of subscription to equity shares through Rights Issue. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on July 22, 2021, has considered and approved the same.
India Pesticides is an R&D focused agrochemical technical company, which has growing formulations business in herbicides, insecticides and fungicide segments. It also manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
