In furtherance to letter dated 1st July 2021, forwarding a soft copy of its Annual Report containing, the audited annual accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2021, Directors Report with annexures, Corporate Governance Report, Auditors Report and Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Sagar Cements has informed that the above said Annual report was later laid before shareholders at their 40th AGM held on 28th July, 2021, through Video Conference (‘VC’)/ Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’), where at it was approved and adopted without any change or modification in them.
