Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Regulations'), Milkfood has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 14th August, 2021, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended 30th June, 2021. Further to the letter dated 02nd July, 2021 and in terms of Code for prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all the designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public.
