GTPL Hathway has acquired balance 9.80% i.e. 3,403 Equity Shares of GTPL Zigma, Subsidiary of the Company at face value i.e. Rs 10 each per share on August 4, 2021 and pursuant to said acquisition GTPL Zigma has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. The aforesaid acquisition of equity shares is a strategic business investment for ease of business operations.
GTPL Hathway provides digital cable television and broadband services. The company provides channels across various genres. It provides facility for renewal or change plans for cable television/broadband package.
