GE T&D India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 13, 2021, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2021. The company in due course, will communicate the financial results as soon as they are approved and taken on record by the Board. In compliance with GE T&D India: Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the 'Trading Window' has already been closed with effect from July 1, 2021 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the unaudited financial Results for first quarter ended on June 30, 2021 are made public.
