The Andhra Petrochemicals has informed that 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, 27th September, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Registered Office, Venkatarayapuram, Tanuku- 534215, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 24 June, 2021 recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.50 (15%) per share on Equity Shares (Face Value of Rs 10) of the Company for the year ending 31st March, 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from Monday, 20th September, 2021 to the Monday, 27th September, 2021.
